We want you to love your purchase from The J's! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and address
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, please contact us to arrange an exchange. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on current inventory.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
